It's Monday...
Here's the incredibly generic trailer, but Hugh & Liev are so darn great, & the fact that the plot is out of this world makes this movie forgivable.

It's Monday
Time for another Liev Schreiber post, but this time it's a publicity still for X-Men Origins: Wolverine that opens on May 1st, so there's actually a reason for me to be giving Liev a shout out. I hope this film is good, I'm still very disappointed/confused about how Watchmen turned out, but still love a good comic book movie.Monday, July 28, 2008
When I grow up I want to go to Comic-Con
"Watchmen" cast Jackie Earle Haley; Malin Ackerman; Jeffrey Dean Morgan;(Director) Zack Snyder; Matthew Goode; Carla Gugino; Billy Crudup; Patrick Wilson
"Watchmen"Artist Allan Gibbons & (Director) Zack Snyder
Gerard Butler & (Director) Guy Ritchie (who were there to plug Rock N Rolla)
Emily Blunt & Benicio Del Toro
i've had a crush on Benicio since "The Usual Suspects," though i've been endearingly referring to him as "Benicio the Dog Faced Boy" since he got all fat and hairy around the time "The Way of The Gun" (yeah i just mentioned THAT movie.) lo and behold he's playing "The Wolf Man."
Some guy named Hugh Jackman & One of the Gods of comics himself Mr. Stan Lee!
"Wolverine" (looking like he's about to go bezerker?)
Samuel L. Jackson isn't just in "Afro Samurai" he is a[n honorary] Samurai
"The Punisher" Ray Stevenson
you may recognize this handsome and talented man from the HBO series "Rome." well he's also the new "Punisher" & about to kick the dust of the series after Thomas Jane (who i do like) got suckered into making that POS with John Travolta.

i once waited in the rain for 4 hours for this man...
From "Henry V"i'm not one to wait outside a stage door, for autographs, but after his performance i waited to just catch a glimpse of the man i'd respected and been enamored with for 6 years at that point. he signed my playbill, i told him i loved his work, he shook my hand and then we left the park together. granted there were like 25 other people who were heading home after the show, but he was cordial and pleasant with the fans that had approached him as he walked his bike towards wherever his night was going to lead him. i may have gotten distracted and realized i was following him but it's just nice to see him back on the bike. to experience and try to grasp the brilliance that is Liev you can see him chat with another gent I hold in high esteem, Mr. Charlie Rose, here.
oh and did i mention i think he's smoking ass hot (don't mind the mutton chops he just has them because he's Sabretooth in the new "Wolverine" movie)...
