please take a moment to Dance the F out to - Har Mar Superstar

Har Mar Superstar is out of this world & in a great way. I'd heard about him a few years ago, but after catching a crazy great live performance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon at the end of October his antics have been on my mind. So please take a moment to Rock the F out to Har Mar Superstar!

Bright Star Review

Bright Star is a beautiful film about the poet John Keats' friendship with his neighbor, and eventual betrothed, Fanny Brawne, that blossomed into love and tragically ended too soon when he died of tuberculosis at the age of 25. It stars the mesmerizing Ben Whishaw as Keats and Abbie Cornish as the endearingly loveable Fanny.

The only other film I've seen this year that resonates as much is The Hurt Locker. Possibly because they were both directed by women, or due to the fact that it's on the complete other end of the spectrum in terms of dramatic cinema, but this movie was an incredibly powerful love story, that inspired some of Keat's best work and still resonates today. This movie is a work of art about art, and simply does not get any more beautiful.

My rating: 9.9/10

THE Original Kings of [British] Comedy

A few weeks back, IFC aired a 6 part documentary series called "Monty Python: Almost The Truth" which was positively fantastic. If you're not too familiar with Python, I highly recommend checking out the documentary, and the clips below which are some of the a great many that will make your sides hurt from laughing so hard.

He's everywhere...

I get why people want to share their love for Jacko like mad right now, but unless you're an MJ impersonator, where are you going to wear this/why would you want to?
