What the fudge is 'Burn Notice" up to now?

Between taking over the courtyard to build a pool to do some [hopefully] awesome water-related stunt work, & setting up a virtual swap meet to do an inventory of props, its like a circus, & whenever they're on set, its certainly exciting.

?

Why is there a lock on the condoms & pregnancy tests at this CVS?
Shouldn't they be uninhibited, its not like you can get high off them like sudafed?!?

Plate hate

Well this was below the plate but don't you just love seeing JESUS in big bold letters in front of your face. Its his weekend so I'm not going to hate, or mention how he faked his death & is now living on Redondo Beach

photo envy/pussy post

So I came across these photots recently posted by a Facebook "friend" of mine and they were just too damn adorable not to post. [& no I don't feel creepy posting other people's pet's photos...especially when said person thought they saw me at the Wachovia on Lincoln Road & didn't believe Olivia when she repeatedly told him it was NOT me. I keep the few sheckles I have in my mattress and a piggy bank shaped like a giant Coke bottle for the coins!]

"You don't know a pimp when you see one motherf@!$er?!?"

Oh my wow is all I can say to describe this preposterous and enterataining (?) vid.
"Pimpin Curly"
& I officially think I'm gonna go back to referring to 50 Cent as 2 bits. I first did when he came out and I was all about "In Da Club" but no one knew what the fudge I was talking about [like always] so I moved on, but I think it's time to bring it back.

?

I didn't even know Ritz made soda, well ok maybe I did it just didn't register.

well isn't that adorable

I'm referring to everyone else in the picture, can you guess which one...ye it's not even worth playing that game since I'm clearly the baller in the pupy sweater...damn I wish I still had that thing, it's fantastic.

Almost as good as the original

almost, but just not as gut wrenching as the original

The White Stripes cover Dolly Parton's Jolene

please take a moment to Rock the F out to - Dolly Parton

I'm pretty sure it was the 60 Minutes Profile (featured below) that I watched on her on Sunday that reaffirmed my respect and admiration of this woman, but I've listened to Jolene probably 15 times (and counting) today

Watch CBS Videos Online

Jolene

9-5 [I love that she's even more dolled up than the Disney characters]

Islands in the Stream with Kenny Rogers

Coat of Many Colors

Better Get to Livin [I love that Amy Sedaris opens this]

Smoky Mountain Memories

Put A Little Love in Your Heart

Travelin Thru

House of The Rising Sun

I Will Always Love You (the 1 person who does it better than Whitney, plus Burt Reynolds makes it even better)

This put THE biggest smile on my face!

There are a few things greater/more random than a bunch of black kids singing Coldplay, but their songwriting prowess is pretty undeniable and controversial. Though this video of a bunch of kids at PS22 singing Viva la Vida is pretty fantastic.

trailer trash - My Suicide

I first heard about My Suicide, when my boss came back from South By South West. It also played at The Gen Art Film Festival that just ended in New York. The film hasn't gotten domestic distribution yet, but is certainly garnering a lot of buzz and has an innovataive and bold premise:
MY SUICIDE is a dark, romantic teen comedy about Archie Williams, an isolated
high school geek, who becomes the most popular kid in the school when he
announces he's going to kill himself on camera for his final video class
project. As word spreads, Archie's classmates, parents, the most beautiful girl
in school, Sierra, and a "Shady Bunch" of teachers, shrinks, doctors,
pill-pushers and counselors bombard him - some hoping to save him, some wanting
to imitate him, others trying to push him over the edge.

"It's like Meth for Grandma's"

I've mentioned how great "Breaking Bad" is before, but just can't seem to proclaim this show's fantasticness enough. Sunday night's episode solidified my appreciation for the show as it once again magnified what a total and undeniable loser Jesse Pinkman's character is.
Aaron Paul plays him with such perfection, that Jesse is the sort of endearing loser, you hope gets his shit together, but know he's simply incapable of ever really doing so. You may have also seen Aaron on Big Love as Scott, Sarah's much older boyfriend who became her fiance in the season finale.
This season on Breaking Bad he'll probably end up romantically entangled with his new landlady/next door neighbor played by Krysten Ritter, which excites and intrigues me, and will continue to remind me of that time I made out with some Russian dude who looked like him. Anyhoozie, Aaron and Emmy Winner Bryan Cranston swung by The Soup to pay
Joel McHale a visit, and of course hilariousness ensued.

Also here's some random art project by some random person that features Aaron in a video for Radiohead's "Everything In It's Right Place"

Since I finally saw Funny Games, I thought I'd give Naomi a shout, & Liev a break since there will most likely be many a Sabretooth post in the coming weeks. Funny Games was briliant, creepy, violent, oh and Michael Pitt was delectably devilish. The movie was a lot funnier than expected, in a very, very, very, very demented way, but I'm pretty sure that was the intention, I would love to recommend it, but be forewarned it's totally F-ed up and about a Leopold & Loebish set of young men, who torture a family on vacation.

trailer trash - Little Ashes

After sitting through the positively craptastic "Total Eclipse" the other night, I was sucked into this trailer for all it's potential awfulness. I think Pattinson's of the belief that if he "plays gay" people will take him more seriously as an actor...Errr, well it didn't work for Leo when he played Arthur Rimbaud and I doubt it's going to work for him as Salvador Dali. I think my man Bill Shakespeare summed up said predicament best when he wrote "Uneasy lies the head that wears Teen Heartthrob crown..." or something to that effect.
