For months music mags and bloggers have been clamoring for a hint of what Celebration the follow-up to MGMT's fantastically enjoyable Oracular Spectacular, would sound like. When the album leaked, well before it's April 13th release date, they decided to share it with the world at WHO IS MGMT? In the opening track the boys ask "How will I know if it's working?" While they're unsure, I certainly think it is, while at times it is reminiscent of The Beach Boys "Pet Sounds," & early Serge Gainsbourg, it is incredibly original and psychedelic.
