Beethoven vs. Tennis

The mens semi-final is on and Federer is slowly but surely destroying Novak Djokovic to get to the finals. But am I watching? No because "Copying Beethoven," is on. Ed Harris stars as the curmudgeonly genius and Diane Kruger plays a young music student, who is helping him "copy" his Ninth Symphony. Ed Harris is pretty entertaining and pretty ridiculous (I can only assume he did something similar in "Pollock.") but I must admit the only reason I'm watching this is because Matthew Goode is in it...plus Beethoven's incredible music.

UPDATE: Djokovic lost in 4 sets to Federer, who will play the winner of the Nadal/Murray match that's happening right now. The match is on tape delay, though apparently Murray IS UP 2 SETS to 0!

Night 1 at The US Open: Keep your eye out for Donald Young he's amazing!

I just caught another amazing tennis match featuring James Blake and a great young American player named Donald Young. Blake won out in a fantastic 5 set match. I really hope he makes it to the final. I just love rooting for him since he's just great all around.
