when oliver stone comes to mind i usually think "oh brother, what crazy-ass nonsense does this guy want us to 'think about' now." usually i ignore him, because i haven't enjoyed an oliver stone movie since "Wall Street," but i'm hoping "W" reignites my interest in his work rather than alienate me even more. there'a already been plenty of controversy surrounding the film, that had nothing to do with the production itself, which will hopefully drum up some intrigue and press, for this film, which hopefully magnifies the errors of a man, we are all too well familiar with.
