Fall/Winter 09 Fashion Week is finally here and while the past few weeks have been uncharacteristically cold, they're certainly not as bleak as everywhere else in the country. So I thought I'd kick off my Fashion Week posts with something pretty, elegant and something you may just see on the red carpet for The Academy Awards next weekend.
