This Kiefer Sutherland headbutting thing just keeps getting more ridiculous...
Brooke Shields' rep contradicts Kiefer Sutherland TV, movie and music news Current Affairs, Fashion, Television EW.com. This whole story just keeps getting weirder, but is mainly kinda sad, since I'm a fan of all involved, I hope it gets resolved quickly and Kiefer doesn't end up back in jail, especially since 24 plans on shooting their next season in New York soon

Kiefer Sutherland thinks he's actually Jack Bauer and breaks Fashion Designer's nose!
When I saw this title -Winner Of Last Night: SubMercer. Keifer Sutherland Breaks Jack McCollough’s Nose! - I was more worried about Jack than shocked Kiefer went all nutso again (full clip below,) and thought he actually was Jack Bauer. Jack McCollough, on the other hand, is one half of my favorite design duo Proenza Schouler, and apparently is still in the hospital as of yesterday. I tweeted about how I was watching 24 and drooling over updates about The Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Costume Gala, but didn't think worlds would collide like this.
Kiefer on holiday, and who knows what else...
I've gotta give a shout out to Olivia for sending me pics from backstage at Proenza Schouler's Fall 09 show, back in February, since that's probably the last time you'll see a pic of Jack with his old nose.
and here's the profile/a cheap excuse for me to show how adorable Lazaro (the other half of the design duo.)

24
This season has been above aboard. I was worried about whether Jack Bauer would be a character of relevance in this era of "change & hope," but it turns out that he is, because first and foremost the creator & writers of the show have developed and had Kiefer Sutherland portray a character of substance. 24 continues to tell thrilling, original, captivating stories, filled with action, emotion, & drama.
Though I have to admit one of my favorite things about the show are the ads/PSA's the cast does to raise environmental awareness & plug the network. Like the one done by Chery Jones that aired in tonight's episode, where she read lines like "on 24 we're on a desperate race against time to prevent calamity...a very real threat is climate change...for tips on how you can reduce your own carbon footprint go to www.fox.com to stop the clock on global warming."
I just had to mention it since it made me chuckle, & I love 24.

Prepare yourself- Jack Bauer has returned

So I drafted this last week and didn't get a chance to post it until now, but since 24's 2 night 4 hour premiere began last night I figured I should get it out there. These tidbits are from the EW feature Ask Ausiello, THE place to go for TV Spoilers and info. If you missed the premiere you can watch it and plenty of other episodes online. I also have to give props to Rhys Coiro (you'll remember him from Entourage as Billy Walsh, the maniac-director of Medellin) he plays a bored snarky data analyst.
Question: 24 season 7 premiere screeners were recently sent out to the press, and I'm pretty sure the mighty Ausiello got one. Mind giving us a tidbit about this weekend's premiere? -- YongAusiello: If it's okay by you, I'd rather give you four tidbits, one for each hour of the two-night premiere.

1) Listen closely for the words "deep sky," because one of 24's coolest twists ever occurs shortly after they're uttered.
2) A bombshell secret about Tony Almeida gets revealed around Hour 3: He's got pectoral muscles for days. Janeane Garofalo even gets to touch one of them!
3) Speaking of Garofalo, her chemistry with doppelganger Mary Lynn Rajskub is so off the charts that there's buzz Fox may spin them off into their own show. In related news, if I make a wish in Ask Ausiello, it officially qualifies as buzz. Totally true.
4) I've come to the conclusion after watching the first four eps that James Morrison is Neil Patrick Harris' biological father.
