...they always have the most peculiar, yet interesting products that Western society just wouldn't imagine/understand how to cook with. so i stopped by the Asian Market down the street from my house the other day to pick up some ingredients to make a Caramelized Black Pepper Chicken. while searching for fish sauce and rice vinegar i came across these offerings.
