Van Gogh Colors of the Night Exhibition at The Museum of Modern Art

Starry Night Over Rhone 1888

"It often seems to me that the night is much more alive and richly coloured than the day."
Vincent Van Gogh
The Potato Eaters 1885

Vincent Van Gogh is one of my favorite artists. I hold the man and his work in the highest of esteem. He's up there with Shakespeare, Marc Jacobs and Santa Clause. The Museum of Modern Art is hosting an exhibition of a portion of his work entitled Van Gogh and the Colors of the Night you can see the exhibition online or at MoMA through January 5th,2009. So if you can definitely check it out it's breathtaking.
